Inside Villas
We have smart TVs with DVD player in each bedroom and living room. Each Villa has wi-fi. Well-equipped kitchen in all villas for easy cooking and preparing food during your stay! Your villa will have starter amenities upon your arrival; cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, new sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, snack box, welcome nontoxic bathroom essentials, and trash bags.
Safety
The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. There is minimal to no person contact for check in/ check out with your stay, lockbox keyless entry, and private amenities. Your stay is backed by 24/7 customer support and expert cleaning per CDC guidelines.
Nontoxic
We want you to feel right at home with our nontoxic environment! Cleaning supplies and the gifted bathroom toiletries are environmentally friendly and safe for all. Each bathroom will come with a box of travel size essentials you may have forgot at home.
outdoors
Our villas share the fully stocked pond for fishing various types of fish, playground swing set for the kids, and half basketball court. Each villa has a private fire pit and grill for roasting s’mores or fixing a nice meal! We ask that you let us know if you need a propane tank for use of the grill. A $60 fee for the propane tank and grill to be cleaned will be charged and ready for use upon arrival.

Sullivan Marina is within 2 miles and is a full-service marina, on-site restaurant, fuel stations, and weekly live music during the summers. Findlay Marina, also has a full-service marina, is located within 10 miles and includes boat rentals. 32 Marine, conveniently down the road, is a boat service shop and marine shop to get boat parts, lake essentials, life jackets, swim suits, firewood, and all your other needs for a lake day! Local golf courses include: Sullivan Country Club, Timberlake, and Eagle Creek. Rain day? See what’s on the event list at the famous Little Theatre on the Square in Sullivan.
