Policies on Reservation

As much as possible, we recommend that you book your stay ahead of time. We do not advise on the spot accommodations. Lake Shelbyville Rentals can reject entry or book for these kinds of conditions at any time.

Please note that our rates are subject to change all year round. As a convenience, please coordinate with us at least a few weeks before your planned stay with us to make sure we will provide the right price.

We require a minimum stay of two nights for non-peak seasons and three nights stay for holiday weekends.

All bookings must be paid and reserved at least 30 days in advance. We accept major payment gateways. No payment means no reservation.

Check-in time is at 3:00pm, Check-out is at 11:00am. This may subject to change. Fees may apply for early check-in or late check-out.

Self check in via entry key code sent to email listed on reservation 15 min prior to check in time.

A deposit will be required upon booking in the area. The said deposit will be returned to you upon the check-out date. Please coordinate with us regarding this.

We may require necessary documents as proof and recording purposes. We have the right to reject entry for guests who cannot provide incomplete papers.

Policy on Cancellation

We encourage guests to notify us of cancellation at least 21 days in advance before the supposed day of arrival so that we would be able to issue your refund properly. Cancellation done less than a week before the supposed day on arrival will now be charged with a reservation/cancellation fee.

Basic Rules per reservation

Guests are responsible for damage done inside or outside the cabins and within the property during your stay.

Each cabin is air-conditioned. Strictly no smoking allowed in the cabins. Those who violate this rule will be charged with an additional cleaning fee.

Each cabin will have a private campfire ring and/ or gas grill. Propane will be filled prior to stay for a $50 fee added.

You must be at least 25 years old and above to have a booking with us.

No large parties allowed in the area, please respect the other guests by not making unnecessary noise outside the cabins or in the surrounding areas.

Please keep the property clean inside and out. We have trash bins available throughout.

Pets are not allowed in the cabins.
